Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted with prior approval.
Custom-made or special-order cabinets are non-returnable.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
All approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos and a brief description of the issue.
We will promptly address the issue with a replacement, repair, or refund.
