We take pride in delivering your cabinets safely and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below:

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  
• Custom or made-to-order cabinets may require additional lead time. Estimated production and shipping times will be provided at checkout or via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and freight delivery services for large or bulky orders. Shipping method is determined based on item size, weight, and destination.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Freight Shipping (for large cabinet orders): 7–15 business days
• Expedited Shipping:

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.
• Some orders may qualify for – check product pages or announcements for current offers.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
  
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

6. Delivery Inspections

• For freight deliveries, please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
  
• If you notice any visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately with photos.

7. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the continental United States only.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

8. Delays or Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays due to weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions may occur. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
