Captivating Pro is for trade businesses: contractors, builders, remodelers, kitchen dealers, interior designers, and other trade professionals. Fill out the application with your business information, including a contractor license number, EIN, or Tax ID. Most applications are approved within 1-2 business days.
Anyone can buy at our published online prices. Approved members get Captivating Pro trade pricing on top of that, on all cabinet lines; it varies by brand and product line and comes back on an itemized quote for each job. There are no tiers to climb, and multi-unit and multi-home projects can be quoted at a program rate.
Lead times vary by brand and product line: KCD, Tribeca and J&K typically ship in 7–10 days, Mantra and Fabuwood stock lines in about 2 weeks, Diamond and Decorá in typically 4–6 weeks, Fabuwood custom paint in 6–8 weeks and St. Martin in 8–10 weeks from final design approval, plus typically 1–7 business days of continental U.S. transit. Members get priority delivery scheduling: we coordinate delivery dates with you to match your project timeline. Any expedited option is confirmed on your quote.
Every member is assigned a dedicated account manager — Dan or Ryan — who provides personalized support. Your account manager helps with product selection, pricing quotes, order tracking, and resolving any issues. They understand your business needs and work to ensure smooth project execution from quote to delivery.
