Eleven premium lines: Fabuwood, St. Martin, NOMA, US Cabinet Depot, J&K, Modernform, Diamond, Decorá, Mantra, Tribeca and KCD — everything from boutique craftsmanship to industry leaders. St. Martin is built to order and priced by quote; NOMA is its 12-door stock program.

It depends on the brand: KCD, Tribeca and J&K typically ship in 7–10 days, Mantra and Fabuwood stock lines in about 2 weeks, NOMA in typically 3–4 weeks, stocked Modernform items in typically 3–5 business days, and stocked US Cabinet Depot items in about 3 business days flat-pack (about 5 assembled). Built-to-order lines take longer: Diamond and Decorá typically 4–6 weeks, Fabuwood custom paint 6–8 weeks and St. Martin 8–10 weeks from final design approval. Add continental U.S. transit of typically 1–7 business days. Your designer confirms the lead time for the exact line you pick before you place the order.

We offer both. Assembled cabinets arrive ready to install straight off the truck, which saves labor on site. Ready-to-assemble (RTA) is the same cabinet flat-packed — it costs less and ships in a smaller footprint. Not every line offers both, so ask your designer which applies to the one you choose.

Fabuwood, St. Martin, NOMA, Diamond, Decorá, US Cabinet Depot and Modernform carry a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner; J&K, Mantra, KCD and Tribeca carry a 5-year limited warranty. Hardware can carry a shorter term (J&K hinges and glides get 1 year, for example), and Modernform's custom-painted doors and drawers carry a separate 1-year paint-finish warranty.

We ship to all 50 states with curbside and liftgate options. Freight is quoted up front and itemized in your quote or at checkout, and we keep you posted from processing through arrival. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, unpack and inspect within 48 hours, and report all damage with photos within 5 days of delivery and before installation (Modernform orders: within 48 hours). We file the freight damage claim for you and arrange replacement parts through that claim. Shipping damage is handled as a freight claim, not under the manufacturer's warranty.

Of course. Door samples are $35 each. Seeing the finish in your own light beats any screen. Door samples are final sale; if a sample arrives damaged, report it with photos within 5 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
