Two things in this PDF differ from the other Oxford paints. The first is assembly. An OC-B24 base is $396.88 RTA and $446.88 assembled, a $50 step that repeats on 135 rows, where Oxford White and Oxford Sage print $456.88 for the same cabinet. Bigger pieces move by $100 on 43 rows, and eight rows by $200.
The second is modification pricing. Taking a cabinet down to 6 or 9 inches deep is $120 here, shown on 74 rows. Shallower cuts to 15 or 18 inches appear at $90, $120 or $220 depending on the cabinet, and each amount is added to the price of the unit being changed.
As for the color itself, US Cabinet Depot has not published a tone description, so we will not guess at one. Order a door sample and look at it in your own light. Whatever you decide, the RTA figures match Oxford White and Oxford Sage, which share its price level.

It is described only as a soft, understated neutral, and it is the latest finish to join the Oxford series. No undertone has been published, so order a door sample instead of relying on a screen. The book itself is about cost: an OC-W1830 wall cabinet is $224.40 RTA and $274.40 assembled.
All but one. Of the 21 talls in the PDF, 20 show an assembled price and one is RTA only. On the utility cabinets we checked the step is $100, as with the OC-U189024 at $811.36 RTA and $911.36 assembled.
