Unfinished is the first raw line from this maker: the same five-piece shaker door and plywood box, with no factory color. It suits a painter matching a custom shade, or a builder who wants one cabinet source for a house where each room gets a different finish.
Two things differ from the finished books. First, assembly is cheaper. The usual gap between RTA and assembled is $50 here, on 137 rows, where the painted colors print $60. An SU-B18 is $287.76 flat-packed and $337.76 built, and tall utilities such as the SU-U188424 add $100 instead of $120.
Second, depth modifications are lower. Reducing to 6 or 9 inches is $120 on 74 rows, an increase to 15, 18, 21 or 24 inches is $300 on 63 rows, and a 27-inch depth is $420. Remember to add your own finishing materials and labor, which no row in this PDF covers.
