Fabuwood cabinet sizes follow one grid: Allure base cabinets are 34½″ tall and 24″ deep, wall cabinets are 12″ deep in heights from 12″ to 42″ (including 39″), tall pantries are 12″ or 24″ deep at 84″, 90″ or 96″, and vanities are 34½″ tall and 21″ deep. Widths step in 3″ increments. Everything below comes from the Allure spec book we host and from the sizes and prices in our live catalog.

We're an authorized Fabuwood dealer, and the spec book is open on our screens on every project. This guide pulls the numbers that matter out of it, the ones that decide whether a layout works: corner cabinets, blind bases, pantry heights, microwave openings and the cut modifications that most size guides skip.

Key takeaways

  • Base: 34½″ tall including a 4½″ toe kick, 24″ deep, 9″ to 48″ wide. A 1½″ countertop brings it to the standard 36″.
  • Wall (upper): 12″ deep. Heights 12″, 15″, 18″, 21″, 24″, 30″, 36″, 39″ and 42″; the 39″ walls (W0939 to W3939) are in our current catalog.
  • Tall: 84″, 90″ and 96″ high, 12″ or 24″ deep, 15″ to 36″ wide. Oven cabinets are 33″ wide at the same three heights.
  • Vanity: 34½″ tall and 21″ deep, 12″ to 60″ wide.
  • The Fabuwood Allure spec book is free to download on our Allure spec book page. Illume, Quest, Valencia and Value each have their own book.

Fabuwood Cabinet Sizes at a Glance

The Allure collection (Galaxy, Luna, Echo, Fusion, Nexus, Onyx and the other framed doors) shares one set of boxes. A Galaxy shaker base and a Luna base of the same width are the same cabinet behind the door. The frameless lines are a different build: Illume has its own spec book, its own toe-kick system (clip-on legs) and a slightly different size list, and Ovela is frameless too. Many widths and heights line up, but check the right book before you mix lines on one plan.

Cabinet type (Allure) Depth Height Width range
Base 24″ 34½″ (includes 4½″ toe kick) 9″–48″, 3″ steps to 42″
Wall 12″ (24″ over a refrigerator) 12″, 15″, 18″, 21″, 24″, 30″, 36″, 39″, 42″ 9″–39″, plus 42″ and 48″ specials
Tall / pantry 12″ or 24″ 84″, 90″, 96″ 15″–36″
Oven 24″ 84″, 90″, 96″ 33″
Vanity 21″ 34½″ 12″–60″

The height math is simple once you see it. A 34½″ base plus a 1½″ countertop is the standard 36″ counter. Hang the uppers 18″ above the counter and a 30″ wall cabinet tops out at 84″, a 36″ at 90″, and a 42″ at 96″. Those three numbers are exactly the tall-cabinet heights, which is why a pantry lines up with the uppers beside it. The 39″ wall tops out at 93″, the one to use when a 9-foot ceiling needs room for a crown molding.

The Allure boxes in this guide share one construction: ½″ veneered plywood, solid-wood dovetail drawers and Blum® runners.

The Fabuwood Spec Book and 2026 Catalog

If you searched for the Fabuwood spec book or the 2026 catalog, here is what exists and where to get it. Fabuwood publishes a spec book for each line. The Allure spec book is the big one: it covers every wall, base, tall, vanity and oven cabinet with dimension drawings, plus hoods, accessories, fillers, moldings, the cut modifications and a SKU glossary. The copy we host is version V.01.20.25, and you can download it free from our Fabuwood Allure spec book page. The spec book library also carries the Illume, Quest, Valencia and Value books.

Two honest notes on the "2026" part. First, Fabuwood versions its spec books with a date code (ours is V.01.20.25) rather than a model year, so don't expect a cover that says 2026. Second, the catalog moves between editions. The 39″-high walls are one example: the V.01.20.25 Allure book tops its wall ladder at 42″ with no 39″ row, but W1239 through W3939 are in our current Allure catalog with prices. Natural Oak, added to Galaxy and Luna in August 2026, is another. When the book and the live catalog disagree, the catalog is what you can order, and your designer confirms each SKU at quote.

For sizes and prices together, use our own per-finish specbooks. We publish one for each of the 62 Fabuwood finishes we carry, Ovela included: every code in that finish with its width, height and depth, list price, finished-side totals and net price at 35% off. They’re dated October 2026, so they follow the live catalog, 39″ walls included wherever a finish offers them. Each finish is also split by cabinet type into Specbook & Guides that open with a sizes-at-a-glance table, price-by-width grids and an ordering checklist; the Galaxy Frost Specbook page lets you pick the full book or a single type such as base or wall.

The Fabuwood book is written for dealers, so it uses codes and assumes you know what a filler is. If you want the numbers translated into a plan, send us a sketch. We'll do the translation for you.

Base Cabinet Sizes and Specs

Base cabinets set the footprint of a kitchen, so this is the category to measure twice. Every Allure base is 34½″ tall and 24″ deep. That height already includes the toe kick, a ¾″ × 4½″ unfinished plywood kick attached to the cabinet; the matching ¼″ toe-kick cover is ordered separately. Don't add the kick on top of the box when you work out counter height.

Base type SKUs Widths Galaxy price examples
Standard base (door over drawer) B09–B48 9″–42″ in 3″ steps, plus 48″ B12 $364.00, B24 $471.25, B36 $676.00, B42 $757.25
Full-height door base B09FD–B39FD 9″–39″ No drawer, door to the top
Drawer base DB12–DB36 12″–36″; 4-drawer at 15″–21″, 2-drawer at 30″ and 36″ DB18 $646.75, DB36 $1,030.25
Sink base SB21–SB42 21″–42″ SB30 $461.50, SB36 $490.75
Lazy Susan corner LSB33, LSB36 33″ or 36″ on each wall LSB33 $1,030.25, LSB36 $1,095.25
Blind corner BLB36/39–BLB48/51 Pulls from 36″ to 51″ of wall BLB39/42 $685.75

Prices are our current Galaxy prices with the 35% Fabuwood discount applied, in any of the twelve standard Galaxy finishes. Desert Oak and Natural Oak run about 20% higher.

Corner cabinets are where sizing goes wrong most often. A lazy Susan base takes 33″ or 36″ along both walls from the corner. The LSB33 carries two 26″ pie-cut trays and the LSB36 two 32″ trays, each rotating on its own. The spec book also notes "soft close hinge not available" on the lazy Susan and on the Easy Reach corner (ERB33/ERB36), so those doors close normally while the rest of the kitchen soft-closes.

A blind base is sized by the wall it can occupy rather than one width. The BLB39/42, for example, is a 33″ cabinet that fits anywhere from 39″ to 42″ of wall by pulling out from the corner, and the spec book says you must use a filler on the adjacent wall, which isn't supplied. Our base cabinet types guide explains how blind corners work.

Wall (Upper) Cabinet Sizes and Specs

Fabuwood upper cabinet sizes read width first, then height: W3036 is 30″ wide and 36″ tall. Every standard wall cabinet is 12″ deep. The height you pick depends on the ceiling and on whether the cabinets go to the ceiling or leave room for crown.

Height Typical use Top of cabinet (18″ above a 36″ counter) Galaxy price, 30″ wide
12″–24″ Over a range hood, refrigerator or window, or stacked on a taller wall Varies W3012 $234.00, W3024 $318.50
30″ 8-foot ceiling with a soffit or open space above 84″ W3030 $383.50
36″ 8-foot ceiling with crown, the most common choice 90″ W3036 $451.75
39″ 9-foot ceiling with a taller crown 93″ W3039 $503.75
42″ To the ceiling on 8 feet, or with a stacked cabinet on 9–10 feet 96″ W3042 $526.50

Widths run from 9″ to 39″. The 9″ comes in only four heights (W0930, W0936, W0939, W0942). Single doors run to 21″ and double doors from 24″. On a 12″-wide cabinet the whole height ladder barely moves the price: W1230 is $227.50, W1236 $266.50, W1239 $279.50 and W1242 $302.25. That flat curve is a reason not to skimp on height if the ceiling allows it.

Three wall cabinets break the 12″-deep rule. Refrigerator walls are 24″ deep to line up with the fridge front. The microwave wall cabinets (MC303021, MC303621, MC303921, MC304221) are 30″ wide and 21″ deep in 30″, 36″, 39″ or 42″ heights, with a lift-up door above the opening; in Galaxy they run $708.50 to $773.50. The spec book lists a minimum opening of 24″ wide and 13″ high and a maximum cut-out of 28½″ wide and 19¾″ high, so check your microwave's trim kit against those numbers. The MW3018 is an 18″-high wall cabinet with a 15″-deep extended shelf for a countertop microwave.

Blind wall cabinets need a filler against the adjacent wall cabinet so the door clears. That filler isn't supplied with the cabinet, and it's an easy line to miss on a do-it-yourself list.

Tall and Pantry Cabinet Sizes

Allure tall pantries come in two depths and three heights. The code reads width, depth, height: TP182484 is 18″ wide, 24″ deep, 84″ tall.

Depth Widths Heights Galaxy price examples
24″ (full depth) 15″, 18″, 24″, 30″, 36″ 84″, 90″, 96″ TP182484 $1,053.00, TP242484 $1,270.75, TP242496 $1,397.50
12″ (shallow) 15″, 18″, 24″, 30″, 36″ 84″, 90″, 96″ TP241284 $1,241.50

Pick the height to match the uppers beside it: 84″ with 30″ walls, 90″ with 36″ walls, 96″ with 42″ walls (all assuming 18″ between counter and wall cabinet). A 24″-deep pantry lines up with the base cabinets. A 12″ one works in a hallway or at the end of a run where a full-depth box would crowd the walkway, and it keeps cans one row deep so nothing gets lost at the back.

If 24″ is too deep and 12″ too shallow, the spec book's CUT-TALL modification reduces the depth of a tall cabinet. Oven cabinets are a separate family: OC3384, OC3390 and OC3396 are 33″ wide at the three tall heights, in several oven configurations, and the opening must be checked against your oven's installation sheet before ordering.

Vanity Cabinet Sizes

Allure vanity cabinets are 21″ deep instead of 24″ and 34½″ tall, so with a stone top they finish around 35¾″. Sink bases run VSB21-34 to VSB42-34, drawer bases VDB12-34 to VDB33-34, vanity bases VB12-34 to VB30-34, full-height bases VB12FD to VB36FD, and sink-and-drawer combos from 30″ to 60″. Our Fabuwood bathroom vanities guide has every box with prices.

Custom Sizes and Modifications

Standard sizes cover most kitchens. When one doesn't, the Allure spec book lists cut modifications that the factory makes before the cabinet ships:

Code What it does Limit
CUT-BASE Reduces the depth of a base cabinet 12″ minimum depth
CUT-DBASE Reduces the depth of a drawer base 12″ minimum depth
CUT-SBASE Reduces the depth of a sink base 4″ minimum
CUT-WALL Reduces the depth of a wall cabinet 4″ minimum
CUT-TALL Reduces the depth of a tall cabinet 4″ minimum
CUT-TK Lowers the toe kick; you specify the total cabinet height Kick ships loose if removed entirely
CUT-BASE HEIGHT Removes the top drawer to make a 28⅛″ base for a range top Standard-top-drawer bases only
CUT-ROD Trims a roll-out drawer to a reduced cabinet depth Added automatically with a depth cut
CUT-PANEL Cuts a panel to any size Cut edges are not edge-banded

These go through the order system with the exact code, so they are a conversation with your designer, not a note on a form. A depth-reduced base is the usual fix for a shallow peninsula or a galley that is a few inches short. Before paying for a cut, though, check whether a standard width nearby plus a filler solves it. It often does, and it ships faster. Sometimes a re-measure shows the cut wasn't needed at all.

Reading a Fabuwood Item Code

Fabuwood item codes tell you the size before you open the book. B24 is a base, 24″ wide. W1230 is a wall cabinet 12″ wide and 30″ tall. TP152484 is a tall pantry 15″ wide, 24″ deep and 84″ tall, read two digits at a time. MC303621 is a microwave cabinet 30″ wide, 36″ tall and 21″ deep. BLB39/42 is a blind base that fits 39″ to 42″ of wall. LSB33 is a lazy Susan base taking 33″ on each wall, and VSD30DL is a 30″ vanity sink-and-drawer combo with the drawers on the left.

Once you know the prefixes, a quote reads like a floor plan. The full letter-by-letter system is in how to read cabinet SKU codes, and our Fabuwood price list shows what each code costs across the lines.

Common Sizing Mistakes to Avoid

Most sizing problems we catch in design review fall into the same few patterns:

  • Adding the toe kick twice. The 34½″ base already includes it. Add only the countertop.
  • Measuring a corner cabinet by one width. A lazy Susan takes its size along both walls, and a blind base needs its pull-out range plus a filler. Check the corner on both legs.
  • Skipping fillers. Blind cabinets, cabinets beside a wall, and anything next to a dishwasher or range usually need a filler. A layout built by adding cabinet widths end to end comes up short against the real wall.
  • Choosing wall height before ceiling height. Measure the ceiling in several places first. A 42″ wall on an 8-foot ceiling leaves no room for crown, and old houses are rarely level.
  • Assuming appliance openings are universal. Microwave and oven cabinets are sized to an opening range. Check the appliance model's cut-out and trim kit before ordering.
  • Copying the old kitchen. Re-measure the wall, not the old boxes. Older kitchens often used 30″ uppers where 36″ or 39″ now fit.

Turning Sizes Into a Layout

Knowing the boxes is step one. Fitting them into a room is the harder part, because walkways, islands and appliance doors matter as much as the cabinets. The kitchen dimensions guide covers walkway and clearance numbers, and the island clearance guide covers the mistake we see most in do-it-yourself plans. For a benchmark of how many cabinets fill a room, see the 10×10 kitchen guide.

Here is a quick worked example. A 10-foot wall with a 30″ range in the middle leaves 90″ to fill. Split it 45″ each side and the base cabinets become a B21 and a B24 on each side, which lands exactly on 45″. Above, a W2136 and W2436 on each side with a 30″ hood between gives a clean 90″ top line under a crown. Change the ceiling to 9 feet and the W2139 and W2439 give the same run 3″ more height without a stacked cabinet.

For an exact plan, skip the manual math: send your measurements to our free 3D design service and our designers will spec every base, wall and tall cabinet with the right codes, fillers and modifications, and return a rendering with an itemized quote. Frequently Asked Questions

What is the standard Fabuwood base cabinet size?

34½″ tall and 24″ deep, with the 4½″ toe kick included in that height. Widths run from 9″ to 42″ in 3″ steps, plus a 48″ base.

What sizes do Fabuwood upper cabinets come in?

Wall cabinets are 12″ deep, 9″ to 39″ wide, and 12″, 15″, 18″, 21″, 24″, 30″, 36″, 39″ or 42″ tall. Refrigerator walls are 24″ deep and microwave wall cabinets 21″ deep.

Does Fabuwood make 39-inch wall cabinets?

Yes. Our current Allure catalog lists 39″-high walls from W0939 to W3939, for example W1239 at $279.50 and W3039 at $503.75 in Galaxy. The older V.01.20.25 spec book doesn't show them, so go by the live catalog.

How deep are Fabuwood pantry cabinets?

12″ or 24″, at 84″, 90″ or 96″ tall, in widths of 15″ to 36″. The CUT-TALL modification can reduce a tall cabinet's depth if neither fits.

Are Fabuwood cabinet sizes the same across Allure, Illume and Ovela?

Not exactly. All the framed Allure doors share one set of boxes. Illume and Ovela are frameless lines; Illume has its own spec book and toe-kick legs. Many sizes match, but check the right book before mixing lines on one plan.

Where can I download the Fabuwood spec book?

The Allure spec book is a free download on our Allure spec book page, and the spec book library has the other Fabuwood lines. The same library has our priced specbooks for every Fabuwood finish we carry, with each code’s dimensions and prices, as a full book or one cabinet type at a time.

Is there a 2026 Fabuwood catalog?

Fabuwood versions its spec books by date code rather than by model year; the one we host is V.01.20.25. The newest items, such as 39″ walls and the Natural Oak finish, show up in the live catalog before the next spec book edition, and we confirm every SKU at quote. Our own per-finish specbooks are dated October 2026 and already include both: the 39″ walls in the finishes that offer them, and the Galaxy and Luna Natural Oak books.

Can Fabuwood cabinets be custom-sized?

Within limits. The spec book lists factory depth reductions for base, drawer base, sink base, wall and tall cabinets, a lowered toe kick, a range-top base height and cut panels. Widths come in 3″ steps with fillers covering the rest.
