Fabuwood EZ Pricing Explained: How Dealer Pricing Works and What You'll Actually Pay

Fabuwood EZ Pricing is the dealer-side system every Fabuwood quote comes out of — not a price list you can download. It is the ordering platform Fabuwood's dealers log into to look up prices, print quotes, place orders, and track them; on the pricing side, it returns one list price per cabinet SKU for the door style and finish you pick. The number you pay is that list price, less your dealer's discount, plus modifications, accessories, and freight. Through us that works out to $4,400–$9,000 in cabinets for a 10×10 kitchen depending on the line, with our 35% Fabuwood discount already applied.

We're an authorized Fabuwood dealer quoting this catalog every day. Our Fabuwood price list publishes the numbers by line and cabinet type, and our cost guide covers the 10×10 ranges. This article is the piece in between: how a quote is built, where the discount sits, what grows it, and how to line two dealer quotes up against each other.

Key takeaways

  • EZ Pricing (EZP) is a dealer-only ordering and pricing platform behind a login, which is why a "Fabuwood price list PDF" search turns up nothing official.
  • Every cabinet has one list price for its door style and finish price column. A quote is that list price, minus the dealer's discount, plus modifications, accessories, and freight — four layers, always in that order.
  • Our discount is 35% off list, applied to every Fabuwood line, finish, and cabinet: a Galaxy 12″ base lists at $560.00 and sells for $364.00.
  • A real Galaxy Nickel 10×10 we walk through below comes to $5,112 in cabinets and about $5,815 with trim and end panels, before freight.
  • Within a line the finish rarely changes the number; the exceptions are Galaxy's two oaks (about 20% higher) and Illume's four gloss and matte solid colors (about 10–11% higher than its wood textures).
  • Compare two dealer quotes line by line: same size codes, same finish on every line, mods and freight itemized. What's left is discount and freight.

What EZ Pricing Is and What It Does

EZ Pricing is software Fabuwood built in-house, and every dealer orders through it. Fabuwood's ERP case study with Acumatica describes it as a tool holding more than 15,000 SKUs, used by some 3,000 dealers to view current inventory, check prices, print quotes, check customer history, submit orders, see manufacturing and delivery times, and get shipping costs including sales tax. Designs drawn in 2020 or ProKitchen can be imported and turned into an order, and each order is tracked from submission to delivery. It lives at a dealer login — ezpricing.fabuwood.com — and nothing in it is visible to the public.

From the dealer's chair, the part that matters to your budget is the pricing engine underneath. Every cabinet SKU carries one list price for a given door style and finish column. A 30″ base in Galaxy Frost is one number; the same box in Galaxy Nickel is the same number; in Galaxy Natural Oak it is a higher number because the two oaks price separately; in Illume it is different again. Fabuwood's own printed pricing book for Illume shows how this works on paper: each finish is assigned a price column (R for the solid colors, T for the wood textures), and each SKU has one price per column. There is no surcharge table to look up and no dealer-by-dealer interpretation of the base price. When we build a quote, the platform returns list prices per SKU; the discount, modifications, and freight are added on top, and that is what you see.

Two consequences. Quotes are fast: our designers return an itemized quote within 24–48 hours. And quotes are comparable: send the same layout to two Fabuwood dealers and the cabinet lines should align SKU for SKU, leaving each dealer's discount and freight in plain sight. One thing EZP is not: a retail app. Registration is for dealers; you interact with it through the itemized quote your dealer hands you.

Why There's No Fabuwood Cabinets Price List PDF

Three reasons, none of them secrecy for its own sake.

Fabuwood sells only through authorized dealers. The company has no retail channel and publishes no public retail price sheet. Pricing lives on the dealer side, inside EZP, and each dealer decides the discount it passes through. A national PDF would either show list prices nobody pays or pick one dealer's discount and misrepresent everyone else's.

The final number depends on your kitchen. Layout, finish, modifications, accessories, and freight all move it. A sheet of per-cabinet list prices would tell you a 30″ base costs $855.00 at list in Galaxy — true, and almost useless until you know your discount, your finished ends, and your freight.

The spec books carry no cabinet prices. Fabuwood publishes a spec book for each line — dimensions, door profiles, nomenclature, construction, accessories — and the standard editions price nothing but sales tools, with a note that the final price is on the quote. Fabuwood also prints pricing editions (the 2026 Illume book adds a list price per SKU), but those are list prices before any discount. The spec book tells you what a cabinet is; the dealer quote tells you what it costs.

The closest public substitute. Since October 2026 we publish our own priced specbook for every Fabuwood finish we carry, across Allure, Illume and Ovela. Each lists every code in that finish with its size, list price, the total with one or both finished sides, and the net at 35% off list, which is the same arithmetic as the B18 example further down: $630.00 list, $409.50 net. They’re free from our specbooks library, as full finish books or one cabinet type at a time. A quote still settles modifications and freight for your layout.

How to spot a made-up Fabuwood price list. Several pages that rank for this search are generic estimates, not dealer prices. Three tells: series names Fabuwood doesn't make (the real ones are Allure — Galaxy, Fusion, Nexus, Luna, Echo, Luxe — plus Illume, Ovela, Quest, Valencia and Value); soft-close hinges or assembly priced as an add-on, when every Allure, Illume and Ovela cabinet ships assembled with Blum® soft-close; and per-cabinet ranges ("$300–$700") instead of a price per size code. A real number names the SKU: GN B18, $409.50.

How a Dealer Quote Is Built: Four Layers

Every Fabuwood quote, from any dealer, is the same four layers stacked in the same order. Knowing the order is what lets you read one.

Diagram of a Fabuwood quote: an $8,946 list-price bar, a 35 percent discount arrow, and a stacked bar of $5,112 in cabinets plus $703 in trim for $5,815, with freight added as a separate line
The Galaxy Nickel 10×10 below, layer by layer: $8,946 at list, 35% off, $5,815 for cabinets and trim, then freight as its own line.
Layer What it is Who sets it Where it shows on a quote
1. Cabinet list price One number per SKU, set by the door style's price group. Includes the box, door, Blum® soft-close hinges and drawer runners, the drawer boxes, and factory assembly — none of those are add-ons. Fabuwood, via EZP Each cabinet line, by size code (B30, W2430, TP152484)
2. Dealer discount The dealer's percentage off list. Ours is 35% sitewide on Fabuwood. This is the one layer that legitimately differs between dealers. The dealer Either struck-through list beside the sell price, or a single discount line
3. Modifications and accessories Depth reductions, finished ends, skin panels, fillers, toe kick, crown and light rail, rollouts, organizers. Priced per item at list, then discounted the same way. Fabuwood list, dealer discount Their own lines after the cabinets — typically the last 10–20% of a quote
4. Freight Assembled cabinets ship on pallets by LTL freight carrier, priced on weight, dimensions and destination, and quoted for your order and itemized in your quote or at checkout before you pay. Carrier, passed through An explicit line at the bottom, never folded into cabinet prices

Two things fall out of this. The cabinet layer should carry most of the total; if modifications are a third of a quote, something is over-specified or mislabeled. And layers 1 and 3 are the same for every dealer, so only the discount and freight can make a quote genuinely cheaper. A "special Fabuwood price" is a bigger discount, not a different list.

The size codes on layer 1 are readable once you know the pattern: B is a base, DB a drawer base, SB a sink base, W a wall cabinet, TP a tall pantry, and the digits are width, then height or depth. B24 is a base 24″ wide; W2430 a wall cabinet 24″ wide and 30″ tall; TP152484 a pantry 15″ wide, 24″ deep, 84″ tall. On our listings a two-letter prefix carries the collection and finish — GN is Galaxy Nickel, GF Galaxy Frost, GL Galaxy Linen. Our sizes and specs guide decodes every code.

A Worked Example: Galaxy Nickel 10×10, SKU by SKU

Here is a modest 10×10 kitchen priced in Allure Galaxy Nickel, our entry Fabuwood line, using real SKUs and the prices on our live catalog at the time of writing. The "list" column is Fabuwood's EZP list price; the "our price" column is that list less our 35% discount. Ten cabinets, a pantry, and the trim a kitchen like this actually needs.

SKU What it is Qty List Our price
GN SB36 36″ sink base 1 $755.00 $490.75
GN B30 30″ door-and-drawer base 1 $855.00 $555.75
GN B24 24″ base 1 $725.00 $471.25
GN B18 18″ base 1 $630.00 $409.50
GN DB18 18″ three-drawer base 1 $995.00 $646.75
GN W2430 24″ × 30″ wall cabinet 2 $1,120.00 $728.00
GN W1836 18″ × 36″ wall cabinet 1 $490.00 $318.50
GN W2136 21″ × 36″ wall cabinet 1 $540.00 $351.00
GN W3015 30″ × 15″ wall cabinet (over range) 1 $375.00 $243.75
GN TP152484 15″ × 24″ × 84″ tall pantry 1 $1,380.00 $897.00
Cabinets subtotal $7,865.00 $5,112.25
GN TK8 8′ toe kick 1 $86.00 $55.90
GN BF3 3″ base filler 2 $80.00 $52.00
GN BEP Base end panel 1 $230.00 $149.50
GN REP2496 24″ × 96″ refrigerator end panel 1 $455.00 $295.75
GN LRM Light rail molding 1 $230.00 $149.50
Trim and panels subtotal $1,081.00 $702.65
Total before freight $8,946.00 $5,814.90

Read the shape rather than the exact total. The cabinet block is $5,112 — inside the $4,400–$6,500 Galaxy range on our price list, with a pantry and a drawer base in it. Trim and panels add $703, about 12% of the total. The discount is worth $3,131 against list on this one kitchen, which is why the list column matters: a dealer quoting "$7,800 for the cabinets" on this layout is quoting close to list, not offering a deal. Freight goes below all of this as its own line. (The W2430 line is two cabinets at $364.00 each.)

What is not on the list, and shouldn't be on anyone's: a charge for soft-close, dovetail drawers, or assembly. Every Galaxy cabinet above ships pre-assembled with Blum® soft-close hinges and Tandem plus Blumotion full-extension runners under a 5/8″ solid wood dovetail drawer box, per the Allure spec book. The Allure series guide covers what is behind each of those SKUs in construction terms.

Two variations. The same layout in Frost, Dove, or any of Galaxy's twelve standard finishes costs exactly the same — GF B12, GD B12, and GN B12 are all $364.00 on our catalog. Linen (GL) is priced on request. In Natural Oak or Desert Oak every cabinet line runs about 20% higher: a B12 is $438.75 against $364.00, so budget the $5,112 cabinet block at a little over $6,100.

What Moves the Number

With list prices fixed inside EZP, only a few things change the total. In rough order of impact:

The series and door style

The biggest lever, because it moves every cabinet line at once. Galaxy shaker runs $4,400–$6,500 for a 10×10 in cabinets; Fusion, Nexus, and Luna sit at $5,400–$7,500; Echo at $5,400–$7,500; Luxe at $5,300–$7,500; Illume Catalina at $6,000–$8,000; and Ovela Catalina at $6,500–$9,000. The same layout that costs $5,112 in Galaxy above could be $3,000 more in Ovela. Our door styles guide maps every door to its tier, and the Illume vs Ovela comparison and our Illume review cover what the frameless tier gets you.

The finish, within a series

Usually nothing. Twelve of the fifteen Galaxy finishes price identically; the two oaks run about 20% above them, and Linen is priced on request. On Illume, the four solid-color finishes — Bianco Gloss, Grigio Gloss, Bianco Matte, Carbone Matte — run about 10–11% above the wood textures: the 2026 Illume pricing book puts them in its R price column and the textures in the T column, so a B12 lists at $710 against $640. Ovela shares the Catalina palette; confirm its split on your quote. Our colors guide covers the palette itself.

Layout and cabinet mix

Drawer bases cost more than door bases (GN DB18 at $646.75 against GN B18 at $409.50), tall cabinets cost more than anything on the wall, and islands add finished ends and panels. A layout tweak often saves more than a line downgrade would.

Modifications and accessories

Fillers, panels, toe kick, moldings, rollouts, and organizers typically make up the last 10–20% of a quote. None is expensive alone — a 3″ filler is $26.00, a toe kick $55.90 — but they are where a low-looking quote quietly grows if they were left off the first draft. Our guides to trash pull-out sizes and blind corner solutions show which accessories are worth the line item.

Freight

Freight is priced on weight, dimensions and destination — quoted up front and itemized on your quote. It should be an explicit line, not a surprise, and it is the one layer besides the discount where two dealers can legitimately differ.

The discount, retail or trade

The retail discount is the dealer's call — ours is 35% off list, live on every Fabuwood product page. Contractors, builders, and designers get trade pricing through our Captivating Pro trade program, quoted per project. When a seasonal banner promises a bigger number, our guide to reading Black Friday cabinet discounts shows how to check it against the same list.

Are Fabuwood Cabinets Expensive?

Against the market, no — Fabuwood sits in the middle. Roughly $220–$450 per linear foot assembled, with Blum® soft-close at every tier, plywood boxes with 5/8″ solid wood dovetail drawers on Allure and Ovela (Illume uses furniture board and Blum Merivobox metal drawers), and a limited lifetime warranty for the first residential purchaser. Fabuwood's current Ovela spec book words its scope as "Only on Allure, Illume, Ovela, Value Premium, and Quest"; older books name fewer lines, so check the book dated for your order. A value RTA line like US Cabinet Depot's Shaker can start around $2,900 for a 10×10, thousands under a comparable Fabuwood quote, and the gap pays for factory assembly, the Blum hardware, and a deeper finish catalog. Lines we quote per project, such as St. Martin, typically sit above it. Our market-wide cost guide and top 10 cabinet brands ranking put Fabuwood beside every other brand class.

How to Compare Two Dealer Quotes Line by Line

Because both dealers pulled from the same EZP list, a good comparison takes fifteen minutes and a highlighter. Work through it in this order.

Step Check What a mismatch means
1 Same series and finish named on every cabinet line A "Fabuwood shaker" quote with no series named could be Galaxy, Fusion, or Echo — a $1,500 spread on the same layout
2 Same size codes, same quantities A cheaper quote with a W3012 where yours had a W3015, or one fewer wall cabinet, isn't cheaper — it's a smaller kitchen
3 List price shown or recoverable If one dealer shows list and sell and the other shows one number, ask the second for the list column; EZP produces it for every SKU
4 Discount stated as a percentage The one layer that should differ. Compare it directly: 35% off list is 35% off the same list everywhere
5 Modifications and accessories itemized A quote missing toe kick, fillers, and end panels will grow by 10–20% later. Add them to the thin quote before comparing totals
6 Assembly not charged separately Fabuwood ships pre-assembled with soft-close included; a line for either is a quote padded with things you already paid for
7 Freight as its own line, with the destination "Shipping TBD" on one quote and $400 on the other is not a $400 difference
8 Date and validity period A dated quote freezes today's list prices; an undated one can be re-priced at order time

After all eight, the residual difference is the discount and the freight; everything else is a difference in what was specified. If one dealer's lines come in lower on identical SKUs at the same discount, ask which line they priced — a Galaxy price on a Luna order is a mistake that surfaces at order confirmation, not a bargain.

The 10×10 pricing guide explains how to keep cabinet and installation quotes apart in the same comparison, and our cabinet buying checklist lists the questions to ask any seller before you sign.

What to Get in Writing

Whichever dealer you order from, the quote should carry these before you sign it:

  • Series and finish on every line, not just in a header. Galaxy Nickel, not "grey shaker."
  • Every cabinet by size code, with door swing stated for single-door boxes — the part number does not carry hand, so GN B12 is GN B12 whichever way the door opens.
  • "Pre-assembled" stated, and soft-close hardware and dovetail drawers listed as included, at no charge.
  • Every modification named and priced: depth reductions, finished ends, panels, fillers, moldings, rollouts.
  • Freight as its own line with the delivery address it was priced to and the delivery type (curbside is standard on ours).
  • Lead time for your series, confirmed on the quote rather than quoted from a website, and a quote date with a validity window.
  • The warranty: Fabuwood's limited lifetime coverage for your series, referenced on the paperwork.
  • What is not included: decorative knobs and pulls. We don't sell them (hinges and slides come with the cabinets), so buy your own and budget for them separately.
  • The discount as a percentage, so you can compare it to the next quote without arithmetic.

We put all of these on ours by default.

Spec Book vs Price List: Which Document Does What

Shoppers searching for a "Fabuwood spec book 2026" are often hoping it contains prices. Fabuwood’s standard editions don't. They are the dimension-and-construction reference the quote is built from: door profiles, box and drawer dimensions, nomenclature, modification codes, accessories. Our spec books page hosts them for Allure (Galaxy, Fusion, Nexus, Luna, Echo, Luxe), Illume, Quest, Valencia and Value.

Ours do carry prices. Next to Fabuwood’s books we publish a priced specbook for every finish we carry, Ovela’s Catalina and Siena finishes included: every code in the finish with its size, list price, finished-side totals and the net at 35% off. Each finish is also split into single-type Specbook & Guides — base, wall, tall, vanity, accessories, moldings, glass doors, and parts and modifications, plus range hoods on Allure finishes — with a short buying guide and price-by-size tables in front. Start from a finish such as the Galaxy Nickel Specbook; the form there lets you pick the whole book or one cabinet type.

Use the two together. When a quote lists a TP152484, the spec book confirms it is a 15″ × 24″ × 84″ pantry and shows the shelving; the quote tells you it is $897.00 through us. When a modification code appears, the spec book says what it does, and it is the catalog of everything that exists if you want to check a dealer hasn't invented a cabinet.

How to Get a Quote From Us

Ranges plan a budget; only a quote sets one. Send your measurements, a sketch, or photos to our free 3D design service. A designer replies within two business days, and the rendered layout with a cabinet-by-cabinet itemized quote follows within 24–48 hours, with list and our price on every line and freight to your address at the bottom. For a ballpark first, try our cost estimator.

Before committing to a finish, the $35 Fabuwood door sample is the cheapest insurance in the process; the 20% oak premium is easier to judge with the real door in your hand. A dated quote locks today's pricing while you plan, and Shop Pay Installments at checkout lets you pay over time. Our five-step ordering guide walks the process from measurements to delivery. We ship nationwide and don't install; all sales are final once ordered, so check every line before you pay.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Fabuwood EZ Pricing?

The in-house ordering platform every Fabuwood dealer uses to check prices and inventory, print quotes, submit orders and track them to delivery. On the pricing side it returns one list price per cabinet SKU for the door style and finish chosen. It sits behind a dealer login and is not open to the public.

Is there a Fabuwood cabinets price list PDF?

No official one. Fabuwood sells only through authorized dealers and its spec books are price-free. The closest public substitute is a dealer that publishes its own numbers: our price list article does, and so do our free priced specbooks, one PDF per Fabuwood finish with the list and 35%-off net price of every code, in our specbooks library. The closest official document is an itemized dealer quote.

How much do Fabuwood cabinets cost?

Through us, $4,400–$9,000 in cabinets for a 10×10 kitchen depending on the line, with the 35% discount applied: Galaxy at the entry end, Illume and Ovela at the top. A Galaxy 12″ base is $364.00 on our catalog.

Why do two Fabuwood dealers quote different prices for the same kitchen?

The list price is the same for both, so the difference is almost always the discount each dealer passes through, plus freight. If the size codes, finish, and modifications match, the remaining gap is the discount percentage; if they don't, the cheaper quote is usually a smaller or thinner kitchen. We cover this and other recurring claims in what Reddit gets right and wrong about Fabuwood.

Does the discount apply to modifications and accessories too?

On our quotes, yes — the 35% comes off list on every Fabuwood item, cabinets, fillers, panels, moldings and hoods alike, not just the cabinet block. A 3″ base filler lists at $40.00 and sells for $26.00 the same way a 12″ base lists at $560.00 and sells for $364.00. Ask any dealer whether their discount covers the whole quote.

Does the Fabuwood spec book include prices?

Fabuwood’s standard spec books don't: they cover dimensions, door profiles, nomenclature, construction, and accessories, and we host the Allure, Illume, Quest, Valencia, and Value editions on our spec books page. Our own per-finish specbooks do: every code with its list price, finished-side totals and net at 35% off, for every Fabuwood finish we carry, free to download as a full book or one cabinet type at a time.

What is Fabuwood Value Premium, and is it the same as EZ Pricing?

Different things that share a word. EZ Pricing is the dealer platform; Value Premium is a product line. Fabuwood's entry tier is Quest, Valencia and Value, aimed at budget and rental projects — Value Premium doors use HDF stiles and rails, where Allure uses solid wood. We host their spec books but quote Allure, Illume and Ovela, the semi-custom tier this article prices.

How long is a Fabuwood quote good for?

Ask, and get the answer on the paperwork. Prices are subject to change, and an undated quote can be re-priced at order confirmation. A dated quote with a stated validity window locks today's list prices and discount while you finish measuring or wait on a contractor. Ask your designer for both and keep the dated copy.
