How much do Fabuwood cabinets cost? Our fixed Galaxy 10×10 kitchen, ten assembled cabinets in a standard L, is $4,400 in twelve Galaxy finishes and $5,300 in the two white oaks. Real kitchens of that size, once you add drawer banks, a better corner and a pantry, usually land between $4,400 and $7,000 in Galaxy. The other Fabuwood lines price 9% to about 48% above Galaxy box for box (Luxe matches it). Every Allure door is sold as a fixed package ($5,400 in Luna, Fusion, Echo and Nexus; $6,500 in Luna oak); for Illume and Ovela we estimate, and the same room runs from roughly $4,800 to just over $10,000 depending on the line and finish you pick. Fabuwood 10×10 Prices by Line

Prices checked October 14, 2026 against our Fabuwood specbooks (Allure prices effective October 1, 2026; Illume and Ovela October 2, 2026). They are our selling prices and move when Fabuwood's prices do.

A 10×10 kitchen, two ten-foot walls in an L and about 20 linear feet of cabinets, is the industry's measuring stick, so we use it here. We sell one as a fixed package in every Allure door, which gives a hard anchor. For Illume and Ovela we priced the same four workhorse boxes (an 18″ base, a 30″ base, a 36″ sink base and a 30″ × 30″ wall cabinet) from that line's specbook and scaled the package by the difference. That method lands within about $20 of the real oak Galaxy package, which is why we trust it for the rest. Every Illume and Ovela figure below is our estimate, not a package we sell.

The percentage column compares the four-box set, not the B30 alone. Read the last column as "same room, ordinary upgrades": the bottom of each range is close to the package plus a drawer bank, the top is a 10×10 with drawer stacks, a lazy Susan, taller uppers and a pantry. Islands and extra walls go on top. Two things surprise people. First, Luxe, Fabuwood's flat door on the framed Allure box, is priced exactly like Galaxy in the specbooks, Frost against Frost and oak against oak. Second, the European lines are not automatically the most expensive: Illume in a wood texture costs less box for box than Luna, and Luna in white oak is the priciest door in the catalog. Frameless boxes use their own codes, so treat the Illume and Ovela rows as close estimates rather than exact matches.

What every row includes: factory assembly, Blum soft-close hinges and drawer runners, and Fabuwood's limited lifetime warranty. Allure and Ovela build on plywood boxes with solid wood dovetail drawers; Illume uses a furniture-board box with Blum Merivobox metal drawers, which is part of why it sits below Ovela. None of that is an add-on, so ignore any table that prices soft-close or dovetails as upgrades.

Scaling past the 10×10 benchmark

Your kitchen probably isn't a 10×10, so convert. The Galaxy package works out to $220 per linear foot, and real Galaxy kitchens to about $220–$350. Across the lineup, most layouts fall between $200 and $450 per linear foot, with Luna in oak reaching about $500. Multiply by your own footage: a 10×12 L runs about 22 linear feet, a 12×12 with three walls of cabinets 25–30. An island is priced on top of the perimeter, and so are tall cabinets; a 15″-wide, 84″-tall, 24″-deep Galaxy pantry is $897 on its own. What the $4,400 Galaxy Package Includes

Most "10×10 price" claims online are a single number with nothing behind it. Ours is a product you can open: the Galaxy Frost 10×10 kitchen is the same $4,400 in Dove, Nickel, Indigo, Mocha and the other standard Galaxy finishes, including the new Galaxy Macadamia Beige, and the Galaxy Natural Oak 10×10 is $5,300. Galaxy Linen is priced on request. Here is what the number covers.

Here is how a typical package becomes a real quote, using Galaxy prices. Swap the 12″ single-door base for a 12″ three-drawer base ($364.00 becomes $617.50, +$253.50). Swap the 42″ blind corner base for a 36″ lazy Susan where the layout allows ($767.00 becomes $1,095.25, +$328.25). Add a 15″-wide, 24″-deep, 84″ pantry ($897). The kitchen is now $5,878.75 before crown and fillers, about 34% over the package. Put the same cabinets in a Luna finish and, with Luna's package at $5,400 against Galaxy's $4,400, the total rises by about 22%, to roughly $7,200. That is the whole story of Fabuwood pricing in one paragraph: the door sets the multiplier, and your cabinet list sets what it multiplies.

Why There's No Public Fabuwood Price List

Fabuwood sells only through authorized dealers and doesn't publish a consumer price sheet, so anyone searching for an official Fabuwood cabinets price list comes up empty. On the dealer side, Fabuwood runs a system called EZ Pricing: each door style and finish sits in a price group, and every cabinet code has one number within it, without the old maze of multipliers and surcharge letters. What Moves a Quote Up or Down

Five things, in rough order of impact:

• The line and door style. The table above. The same 30″ base is $555.75 in Galaxy, $679.25 in Luna and $815.75 in Luna Natural Oak, and that ratio runs through the whole kitchen. Our door styles guide shows what each door looks like if you're torn between two.
• Your cabinet list. Drawer bases, corner solutions and tall cabinets cost more than doors-and-shelves boxes: an 18″ Galaxy drawer base is $646.75 against $409.50 for the plain base. Sometimes a layout tweak saves more than dropping a line. Our cabinet sizes guide explains what each cabinet type is.
• Finish within a line. In Galaxy, twelve finishes share one price and Desert Oak and Natural Oak run about 20% higher (an 18″ base is $409.50 against $490.75); Linen is priced on request. Luna's two oaks carry the same premium over its other finishes. In Illume and Ovela, the solid gloss and matte colors sit a step above the wood textures. • Modifications, panels and accessories. Finished-end skins (a base-cabinet side in Galaxy is $62.40), crown, fillers, roll-outs, organizers and pull-outs. This block usually makes up the last 10–20% of a quote, and it's the part you control most directly.
• Freight. Assembled cabinets travel by LTL freight. The rate is calculated from order size, weight and destination and is itemized before you pay, so it is a line to expect rather than a surprise.

How to Read a Quote Line by Line

A proper Fabuwood quote is itemized down to the cabinet, which makes it easy to sanity-check once you know its shape. Cabinets come first, each with its code, size and price. Then modifications and finished sides, then accessories and trim (roll-outs, crown, fillers, panels), and freight as its own line. The cabinet boxes should carry most of the total.

The smallest Galaxy wall cabinet, a 12″ × 15″, is $172.25; at the other end, a 36″ Galaxy lazy Susan base is $1,095.25 and the same cabinet in Luna is $1,332.50. Multiply honest numbers like these across a 12–16 cabinet kitchen and you can see how the ranges above are built.

When you compare quotes, from us or anyone, check three things: every cabinet is listed with its code, the door style and finish are named, and freight appears as its own line. A quote that hides any of those is a quote designed to grow later. Are Fabuwood Cabinets Expensive? How They Compare

Not for what's in the box. Fabuwood costs more than flat-pack RTA and big-box stock lines and less than semi-custom brands with a similar plywood-and-dovetail spec. The surprise usually comes from a home-center quote: a stock kitchen often uses a particleboard box and stapled drawers, so a Fabuwood number for the same layout can look high until you put the construction sheets side by side.

On a 20-linear-foot kitchen, semi-custom at $400–$650 a foot is $8,000–$13,000; most Fabuwood kitchens of that size land well below that, and only the dearest finishes with a heavy cabinet list reach its lower edge. Against true budget RTA, Fabuwood costs more and should: factory assembly, Blum hardware and, on Allure and Ovela, plywood boxes are exactly what the cheap end trims.

Will Prices Go Up? The 2026–2027 Tariff Picture

If your project is months out, this matters. A 25% Section 232 tariff has applied to imported kitchen cabinets, vanities and their parts from most countries since October 14, 2025 (the UK, EU and Japan have their own rates). The scheduled step up to 50% was postponed by a December 31, 2025 proclamation and now waits until January 1, 2027. Fabuwood describes its cabinets as a combination of USA and globally sourced components, assembled in the USA, so it isn't immune to that pressure, and manufacturers across the category have sent price-increase letters. Nobody can promise where any brand's prices land next quarter; our specbooks carry an effective date for exactly that reason.

In practice, waiting rarely makes a kitchen cheaper right now, and a dated, itemized quote is your best hedge: ask us how long a quote is honored when you request it. Price Myths to Ignore

Four things you'll run into while researching, all wrong:

• "Classic Series" and "Elite Series" price tables. Several sites publish detailed prices for Fabuwood lines with these names. No such lines exist. The current families are Allure (Galaxy, Luna, Fusion, Nexus, Echo, Luxe), Illume and Ovela, plus the Quest and Value Premium value lines and the Valencia vanity series that some dealers sell.
• Soft-close as an upcharge. Tables listing "$50–$100 per soft-close hinge upgrade" are copying generic cabinet content. Blum soft-close is standard on every Fabuwood line.
• "European means most expensive." Box for box, Illume in a wood texture costs less than Luna, and the priciest Fabuwood door is Luna in white oak. Pick the line for the look and construction you want, then check the numbers.
• The $20,000–$40,000 "typical Fabuwood kitchen." Some sites present whole-remodel totals, with installation, countertops and trades folded in, as if they were cabinet prices.
